Tenants have 24-hour access to their space and can rest assured with security cameras and monitored fire & sprinkler systems. The space has been newly renovated with all-new flooring as well as a new heating, cooling, and electric system. Each studio feels spacious with 11’ ceilings housing the oversized windows & doors. There is plenty of on-site parking with the capacity to hold 50 cars.
